Text Messaging Terms

Overview

Harvest Lane Investment Partners LLC (“HLIP,” “we,” “our,” or “the Firm”) offers text-message (SMS) communication to its existing advisory clients. These terms describe how that program works, how you consent, and how you can stop messages at any time. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to text communication, you accept these terms.

Program Description

We use SMS to communicate with existing clients about the advisory relationship — for example, appointment scheduling, document requests, account and service updates, and replies to questions you send us. Messages are conversational and service-related; this is not a marketing or promotional program.

How You Consent

Clients consent to receive text messages from the Firm in writing, as part of the advisory agreement signed during onboarding. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not provided this consent, and we do not use purchased or third-party contact lists. We do not text prospective clients who have not separately agreed to be contacted by text.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the Firm. There is no fixed number of messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HLIP does not charge a fee for text messages.

How to Opt Out

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send you further texts unless you opt back in by replying START. Opting out of text messages does not end your advisory relationship or other communications (such as email or phone).

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside the Firm’s control.

Privacy

Information you share by text is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Text Messaging Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
